How to delete my App from my Android device

We're really sorry you want to delete your femfit App. Hopefully you will continue to exercise your pelvic floor without us.

It is simple to delete your App:

1. Open the femfit App

2. Choose Settings from the menu at the bottom

3. Under  User information, choose "Delete account"

4. Confirm that you wish to delete your account

This process will delete your identity and remove the link to all data collected. It cannot be reversed. 

You can also request that we delete your account by emailing privacyofficer@junofem.com. We will go through a process to give us confidence that you own this account before deletion.
