Your femfit® and its charging case are warrantied to be free from defects for one year from the time of purchase.
The warranty is valid only for femfit® devices that have been purchased through JUNOFEM or an authorised reseller.
Exceptions stand in the case of misuse, neglect, and accident. The device must have been used and cared for as per the instructions in the user manual. The warranty does not cover general wear and tear or superficial damages.
Your femfit® and its charger case are not designed to be modified by the user. Any tampering or attempts to dismantle or open its components will invalidate the warranty.
Please contact us if you have any issues with your femfit®. We will provide you with our return address. We ask that you return the device in its original packaging with proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue. If the device meets the warranty requirements, we will reimburse you for postage and either mend or replace your device at no further cost.
